Fence Mod is a brand operated by Pollioni Group LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Returns & Warranty Policy applies to purchases made through https://www.fencemod.com.

Returns

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied, the following return terms apply.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In the original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and components

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that show signs of use, installation, or damage

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

  • Products missing original packaging or components

  • Customized or personalized products (if applicable)

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If we shipped the wrong item, sent a defective product, or the item was damaged in transit, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Otherwise, the following terms apply:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Refunds

Approved Returns:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank or credit card company)

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Partial Refunds: We may issue a partial refund for items that are:

  • Returned with missing components or accessories

  • Not in original condition due to customer handling

  • Returned damaged due to improper packaging during return shipment

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns that are not due to our error and show signs of opening or handling beyond normal inspection.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different product:

  1. Follow the return process above

  2. Place a new order for the desired product

  3. Once your return is approved and processed, we will refund the original purchase

We handle exchanges this way to ensure you receive your new product as quickly as possible.

Warranty

Fence Mod products are designed and manufactured to be durable and reliable when used as intended.

Limited Warranty Coverage

We offer a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery.

If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the product

  • Replace the product

  • Issue a refund

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect

  • Damage from improper installation or use

  • Modifications or alterations to the product

  • Damage caused by accidents, drops, or impact

  • Exposure to extreme weather conditions beyond normal outdoor use

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality (scratches, scuffs, discoloration)

  • Damage caused by use with incompatible equipment

  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, contact us at:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or video demonstrating the defect

We will review your claim within 2-3 business days and may request additional information or photos. If needed, we may ask you to return the product for inspection.

Warranty Remedies

If your warranty claim is approved, we will, at our sole discretion:

  1. Repair the defective product at no charge

  2. Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater value

  3. Refund the purchase price

Return Shipping for Warranty Claims:

  • If we determine the product is defective and covered under warranty, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label

  • If we determine the product is not covered under warranty, you will be responsible for return shipping costs

Limitation of Warranty

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty offered by Pollioni Group LLC. No other express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are provided to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, refund, or replacement as described above, and in no event are we liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items Upon Arrival

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Inspect your package immediately upon delivery

  2. Document the damage with photos of the packaging and product

  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

  4. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Photos of damage to packaging and product

    • Description of the issue

We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement product or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages

  • We recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier

  • Contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim if possible

To protect against theft, we recommend:

  • Tracking your shipment

  • Requiring a signature upon delivery (if available)

  • Providing a secure delivery location

Product Use Disclaimer

Fence Mod products are physical mounting accessories. Proper installation, inspection, and use are the responsibility of the customer. Failure to follow instructions or using the product in unintended ways may result in damage or injury and void this warranty.
