Prices do not include applicable sales tax or shipping costs, which will be added to your total at checkout.

If we cancel an order after you have already been charged, we will issue a full refund.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through Squarespace's integrated payment processors. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided

  • The information you provide is true, correct, and complete

  • Charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider

Shipping, Returns, & Refunds

Product Use & Assumption of Risk (Physical Product Liability)

Fence Mod products are physical mounting accessories intended for use with cameras and sports fencing.

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Proper installation, use, and inspection are the responsibility of the customer

  • Products must be used only as intended and according to any provided instructions

  • Misuse, improper installation, modification, or failure to follow instructions may result in damage or injury

You assume all risks associated with the use or misuse of our products to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly provided in our limited warranty, products and the Site are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose.
